Maintenance Director – Bethany Meadows, Brandon, SD

Are you a hands-on leader with a knack for fixing, building, and keeping things running smoothly? Bethany Meadows is looking for a Maintenance Director to oversee building and grounds maintenance for our senior living campus and Garden Home community.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead preventative maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
  • Oversee repairs, groundskeeping, and snow removal.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to stay on budget.
  • Supervise the environmental services and housekeeping teams.
  • Help create a safe, welcoming, and beautiful environment for residents and staff.

What We’re Looking For

  • Skilled in maintenance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing basics.
  • Experience with grounds care and equipment upkeep.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
  • A caring attitude and enjoyment working with older adults.
