IT Support Specialist (Troy)

Graham Healthcare Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will setup new equipment for deployment, including Samsung phones and tablets and Windows-based laptops. This person will also wipe returned equipment in preparation for retirement or redeployment. They will ensure our inventory database is updated. Familiarity of remote management tools is a plus.

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities :

Setup and image devices for deployment

Process equipment returns

Prepare outdated equipment for disposal

Run diagnostics and evaluate equipment for deployment / redeployment

Work with vendors regarding equipment repairs

Keep inventory up-to-date

Setup and ship replacement equipment for remote workers

Liaison between multiple IT teams

IT Support Specialist Requirements :

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Must be a team player

M ust take initiative to learn, understand process / workflow

IT Support Specialist Experience :

Experience with Windows 10 and mobile devices

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
