Roles & Responsibilities

The Fraud Technology team is looking for a mid-level Business Analyst. Requirements include 5-8 years of technical experience (preferably in the financial industry), with a minimum of 4 years of experience with the agile methodology. The Business Analyst is responsible for learning and speaking to the technical components and systems in order to drive project delivery for multiple concurrent projects by capturing and supporting delivery of business and / or system requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, capture their requirements, perform impact analysis, and then working closely with multiple Development Teams to refine the requirements into specifications that can be executed by the team. Individuals in this role need to work independently to quickly gain a working knowledge of the business / technical domain and the main applications within that domain. This role is also responsible for working across different development teams to manage releases into different environments, including production. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring there is a full traceability from requirements to implementation to testing to production releases and post-production validation. Candidates must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage and influence teams across multiple organizations.
