Salary Range : $55,000 - $70,000
About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of our company's accounting operations. This role is ideal for a self-starter who can handle the full cycle of bookkeeping, ensure accurate financial reporting, and maintain compliance with accounting standards.
Tasks & Responsibilities - Full Charge Bookkeeper :
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow management
- Coordinate with external accountants for tax preparation and audits
