Job Description
CNC Machinist / Programmer (Mastercam) – 1st & 2nd Shift
Location : Longmont, CO
Pay : $35–$45 / hour (DOE)
Shifts Available : 1st & 2nd Shift
Employment Type : Full-time, on-site
About the Role
We’re hiring CNC Machinists and CNC Programmers to support a precision machining shop in Longmont, Colorado . This role is ideal for candidates with strong setup, run, and programming experience using Mastercam . You’ll be working on complex, tight-tolerance components in a modern shop environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up, operate, and program CNC mills (3-, 4-, and / or 5-axis)
- Program parts using Mastercam
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions
- Support jobs from setup through production
- Inspect parts to ensure quality and tolerance requirements
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues on the shop floor
