Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Provide excellent customer service and educate patients on PAP therapy supplies
Create sales orders and ensure accuracy of items and patient demographics
Required Qualifications
Two years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software platforms
Ability to multi-task between various software platforms
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet
