Job Summary
This role will serve as a link between underwriting operations, financial strategy, and process optimization. The incumbent will apply strong analytical and financial acumen to understand, document, and improve processes within the underwriting lifecycle, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with financial objectives. While primarily focused on process improvement, this role will also support critical underwriting functions, leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
Education
Required : High School Diploma / GED
Substitutions : None
Preferred : Bachelor's Degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Required : Must be a US Citizen. 3 - 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst role or experience in a related operational area (e.g. claims, billing, customer service, etc.)
Preferred : Experience in a financial analysis, underwriting support, or actuarial support role is highly desired. Strong understanding of financial concepts, risk assessment, and insurance product lifecycles.

Pay Range
Minimum : $50,200.00
Maximum : $91,200.00
Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate's qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
