Production Operator

JOB TITLE :

• Production Operator DEPARTMENT :        Production SUPERVISOR :           Production Supervisors   COMPENSATION :    Full Time – Non-Exempt ($18-20 / hour) POSITION REPONSIBILITIES Strict adherence to manufacturing guidelines including, Safety, GMP and SQF Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Eagerness to learn all aspects of equipment operation, including troubleshooting.
• Maintain a clean and organized working area.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand during a 10-hour shift and lift up to 55lbs.
• KEY EMPLOYEE TOUCHPOINTS Production Supervisor / s QA Manager and Technicians Maintenance Manager Director of Operations POSITION QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent education Basic mathematical skills   Flexible schedule, able to work occasional nights and weekends Be a team member EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of food or FMCG manufacturing experience preferred Previous experience with operating of manufacturing equipment Food handling and manufacturing knowledge preferred ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES Fluent English required.
