Senior Staff Threat Researcher

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Threat Researcher, Detection Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Mentor R&D technical leaders and provide technical direction to multiple teams

Lead development of company objectives and produce specifications for operational feasibility

Exercise independent judgment and account for results impacting the entire function

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a security architect, detection developer, or similar role

Expert-level proficiency in Python and experience with OS-specific telemetry

Experience leading and mentoring development teams while contributing code independently

Deep understanding of networking security principles and experience with detection frameworks

Preferred : B.Sc. in a technical field; M.Sc. / PhD is a plus
