[job_card.job_description]Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a short-term acute care hospital Night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 00 Required to work every other or every third weekend Patient ratios are 1 : 1 for labor and 1 : 3 for postpartum Floating to other units and facilities is required based on operational needs On-call required for one low census shift per pay period Uses Epic EMR system Must be willing to float between multiple facilities as needed, including the potential for assignment to Seaside, where incentives and accommodations may apply Scrubs provided for Maternal Child units; all color scrubs allowed elsewhere Returning former employees must have a 3-month break and live at least 50 miles from the facility Holiday coverage may be expected based on schedule rotation Minimal to no requested time off (RTO) is preferred and all RTO must be discussed at the time of application Active OR RN license required Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience, or 1–1.5 years if worked on a high risk or high census L&D unit Current certifications required (BLS, others as specified by facility) Must have independent practice ability for night shift Must have own vehicle for assignment Two supervisory references covering one year of employment in a comparable specialty or setting required COVID and flu vaccination documentation required Submission requires SSN and date of birth High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts
