Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Per Diem - Urgent Care in Fort Wayne

IU Health Physicians is hiring! We are seeking a Per Diem  Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Urgent Care  team in  Fort Wayne, IN!

Position Details:

• Per Diem minimum 3 12-hour shifts per month
• Clinic hours are 8am-8pm 8am-6pm Saturday & Sunday
• 100% outpatient
• Ages 3 months and up
• Services offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, wound suturing, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicals

Qualifications:

• FNP or PA certification required
• At least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP required
• Must obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hire
