[job_card.job_description]Project Oversight & Team Leadership : Manage all project activities and resources, define team assignments, and serve as the primary contact for industrial clients throughout project implementation. Financial & Policy Management : Take financial responsibility for projects, ensure accurate reporting, uphold company policies, and maintain compliance with guidelines. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination : Provide timely information to stakeholders, make decisions considering the impact on various departments, and ensure smooth cross-department coordination. Financial Operations : Facilitate timely invoice payments from clients, oversee pre-construction budgets, manage client and subcontractor change orders, and conduct monthly project accounting reviews. Project Management : Ensure projects are completed on schedule, monitor the change issue log, and manage project timelines effectively. Staff Development : Select, coach, and manage staff, fostering positive relationships with field personnel and craft foremen. Sales & Client Support : Manage a portion of annual sales, provide support to clients on project financials, and take ownership of assigned projects. Education & Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience, with a minimum of five (5) years in project management within the construction. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Suretrak), and knowledge of SharePoint and codes. Preferred Qualifications : CPM professional designations, experience in low voltage systems (HVAC Controls, Fire Alarm, Security), and basic estimating skills.
