Deployment Specialist

A company is looking for a Deployment Strategist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead structured workshops with customers to uncover business objectives and define project scope

Serve as the primary point of contact during deployment, coordinating across cross-functional teams

Lead user acceptance testing and ensure a smooth transition to the ongoing success phase

Required Qualifications

4-6 years of experience in project management, SaaS implementation delivery, or customer consulting

Strong ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured plans

Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive clarity

Comfortable with both strategic thinking and tactical execution
