Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Associate to join our team. • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product changes, company policies, and best practices in customer service.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certification in customer service is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role preferred. Experience in [industry/sector] is a plus.
