Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and drive the cross-functional focal areas of the Customer Success initiative
Manage feedback programs to enhance customer satisfaction and drive change
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Success team, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading a Customer Success team with a focus on strategic planning and operational execution
Strong track record of increasing Net Retention Revenue (NRR)
Knowledge in defining strategy and scaling execution in customer success focal areas
Experience in establishing and overseeing customer satisfaction programs
Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
