Midwest Pool Management is hiring Lifeguard Instructors to lead StarGuard Elite lifeguard certification courses and train candidates in safety, skills, and professionalism.
Lifeguard Instructors play a critical role in representing our company to new employees, setting a professional example, and leading StarGuard Elite lifeguard certification courses to train candidates in safety, skills, and professionalism. This role works closely with District Managers and facility staff to provide a safe, effective, and engaging learning environment. Certification and training to become a Lifeguard Instructor will be provided. Previous lifeguard experience is required.
