Commercial Analyst

As Commercial Analyst, you will…

• Support the Commercial Manager on commercial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Work alongside Commercial Food & Drink Managers to improve performance in respective areas and input into the menu process where necessary.
• Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to drive a wide understanding of reporting options and the adoption of self-service tools and capability.
• Improve understanding of data and reporting across the team to drive commercial performance – understand and deliver learning experiences across the whole Marketing Team.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure consistency and alignment throughout.

What you’ll bring…

• Prior experience in a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Eagerness to learn and continuously develop new analytical skills and industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with large datasets.
• Commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial and performance data.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of the hospitality industry, while not essential, would support an application.
