Quickly adapt to various workflows while maintaining clinical excellence. Engage with patients and families, ensuring a therapeutic relationship throughout their healthcare journey. Implement strategies to reduce patient risk and improve safety. Coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary approach. A minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred). Flexibility to work 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend, and 2 holidays over a 6-week schedule. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the AHA.

As a key member of our Internal Float Pool, you'll provide patient-centered care across various units, including Emergency Department Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support, all within our Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.
