Hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers

Job description :

Decker Truck Line is hiring CDL-A OTR truck drivers for our Southern Flatbed division. If you're looking for truly competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and a company with a lot of job growth opportunities, we want to talk with you!

Company Flatbed

  • OTR and Regional positions available
  • Earn up to $106,999 per year depending on route
  • CPM pay range : $0.52-$0.70 , based on experience
  • Scheduled yearly CPM pay raises
  • Up to $0.05 / mi monthly performance bonus
  • Accessorials : Tarp pay, load securement pay, stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, breakdown pay
  • Home weekly or bi-weekly, based on location
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Tarping and securement required

    Driver Requirements

  • Valid CDL A license
  • 6+ months recent Flatbed experience OR 1 year CDL A driving experience
