Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing operations within a fast-paced beachside location or similar seasonal tourist destination.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret financial statements, manage P&L, and control labor costs, which is essential for the Assistant General Manager role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team at this dynamic beachside location .
• Detailed knowledge of food safety protocols and beverage management.
