Utilities & Maintenance Supervisor your next position

Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager youll manage the facility maintenance required in our site for the equipment and building maintenance. You will also oversee external services versus in-house services and help accomplish projects.

This is an on site position based in our Carthage site Cincinnati OH location. This is a first-shift position.

Oversee the Facility Maintenance of the site including :

Facility Equipment
Boiler Operations
HVAC
Compressed Air
Waste Water Treatment
City Water
Natural Gas
Fire Protection Systems

Building maintenance

Landscape

Utilities

Roofing

Flooring

Manage External services versus in-house with Scheduler :

Manage work from External Services (planned work).

Handle conversations with customers and contractors to ensure scope and execution is completed with safetyquality and cost.

Ensure compliance with Safety permit to work and GMP.

Work with planning and scheduling to determine the outsourcing strategy for the site.

Maximize our ability to implement jobs during the week so we are paying contractors their standard rate versusOT and sometimes double time.

You will also lead and develop 1 Direct Report.

You

5 years of experience in Project Management and Contractor Management within an industrial background (food or chemical preferred) in facility or general maintenance.

Knowledgeable in Boiler operations HVAC Compressed air systems Waste water treatment.
