  • No Call (Regularly Scheduled Shifts)
  • Facility is accepting multiple providers

Candidate Requirements

  • Must have an active GA license
  • Minimum Board Status : Board Eligible
  • Required Certifications : BLS

    • Job Details

  • EMR : Epic (Training required as part of the onboarding process. Cannot be completed until credentialing is complete)
  • Patients per shift : 20
  • Est Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
  • Support : 1 RN, 2 MA s, 1 APP, 3 Office Staff
  • Looking for provider to work M-F (8am to 5pm in clinic)
  • Provider will be required to prescribe narcotics

    • Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $155 / hr.
