• 3+yrs Commercial Ground Up Projects
• Large Scale Commercial Ground Up Projects $30MIL to $100MIL
• Commercial Ground Up - Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Churches, Offices, Municipal, Facilities, Industrial, Parking Garages, no high-rise, no multi family
