At Caring Senior Service of Kansas City Central, we help seniors live safely and independently at home. We're a new and growing agencyand we're looking for a Home Care Consultant who thrives on building relationships, supporting families, and strengthening our local presence.

Your Impact

As a Home Care Consultant, you'll be the bridge between families in need and the services we provide. You'll lead outreach to medical offices, senior centers, and community eventshelping people access the in-home care that keeps their loved ones safe, happy, and at home.

What You'll Do

1. Develop and lead outreach efforts to generate new client referrals
2. Build strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, and community groups
3. Represent Caring Senior Service at local events, health fairs, and partner meetings
4. Guide families through their first steps toward in-home care
5. Track leads, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM system
6. Collaborate with our care team to deliver seamless service
7. Meet referral and growth goals with purpose and compassion

What You Bring

• Background in sales, outreach, or community engagement (healthcare experience is a major plus)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of home care, senior needs, or health services preferred
• Compassionate, organized, self-starter with a drive to serve
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
