Engineering Manager / Ruby / FinTech

As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a talented team and shape the technical and cultural direction of the engineering function. .

You’ll run the software development lifecycle, mentor engineers, and collaborate closely with Product Owners to deliver innovative features sprint after sprint. Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails while managing teams
