What does an Associate Graphic Designer do at Swire Coca-Cola?

Swire Coca‑Cola is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Associate Graphic Designer to produce compelling point‑of‑sale and digital assets across email, web, and mobile platforms. In this fast‑paced role, you’ll collaborate with product and marketing teams to transform concepts into visually engaging materials that align with brand standards.

Success in this role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. You should be adaptable, self‑motivated, and comfortable making last‑minute changes based on business needs. Experience preparing print‑ready artwork and solving creative challenges is essential.

Responsibilities

Design point of sale (POS) marketing / advertising material for specific purpose designated by channel leads, continually producing POS to meet requester needs while following Coke brand standards.

Produce in‑house projects such as posters and banners; print and trim on time to meet schedule.

Create files for print on the OKI printers – format and place on the network for printing.

Follow up with client approvals to keep projects moving through the system and ensure all stakeholders receive adequate communication on status.

Troubleshoot problems with OKI printers and determine when to call a technician.

Manage vendors to ensure cost and quality requirements are met, including ensuring invoices are accurate and processed for payment in a timely manner.

Requirements

Associate’s Degree required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

2+ years graphic design experience – preparing print‑ready files and managing print vendors required.

In‑depth knowledge of graphic design principles including color, type, hierarchy, and more.

Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator required.

Experience with Adobe Cloud apps such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat preferred.
