EY's Procurement practice is growing and seeking to enhance its digital procurement capability with someone who fits our high quality, teaming, and collaborative culture. As a Procurement Manager, you will support all aspects of client-facing procurement technology projects, which spans many leading solutions in the market (e.g. GEP, Zycus, and Zip). You will be expected to drive project initiatives and lead process design, implementation, problem solving, and project management activities that add value and results for our client base. The ideal candidate possesses some experience and exposure to leading digital procurement solutions, including AI, and delivery across several industries.

Typical responsibilities include :

Project Execution :

• Manage implementation of procurement solutions throughout the full lifecycle of execution
• Provide thought leadership and benchmarking
• Lead and drive current state activities
• Lead and drive future state end to end process design sessions
• Identify S2P business, technical, and integration requirements to support the implementation of S2P technologies.
• Synthesize disparate data sources into insights and clear deliverables
• Work together with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements
• Develop and enhance relationships with client stakeholders
• Create project plans and manage delivery of client project work
• Coordinate with subject matter experts within and outside of the firm

Business Development :

Travel Requirements : Travel is required for this role and could vary from 10-50%

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
