Senior Staff Accountant
Our client, a rapidly growing organization in Irving, Texas, is seeking a dynamic Senior Staff Accountant to join their team on a Direct Hire basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the company's financial operations and growth.
Location : Irving, Texas (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Compensation : $70,000 - $85,000 annually, plus profit-sharing bonus potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Review : Diligently review the General Ledger and various financial reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Reconciliations : Prepare and execute timely bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Billing & Allocation : Prepare invoices and allocation schedules for complex consolidated billings.
- Journal Entries : Prepare and post routine and non-routine journal entries, including those for depreciation, amortization, and accruals.
- Month-End Close : Actively participate in the month-end close process, including identifying and investigating financial anomalies and preparing necessary correcting journal entries.
- Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization to address financial inquiries and resolve outstanding accounting issues.
