Location : This is an on-site role in Boston, MA, built for someone who thrives working closely with IT teammates and stakeholders in person.
Note : Must have 5+ years of network infrastructure management experience and strong fundamentals in routing, switching, and network security (including protocols like TCP / IP and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF). A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience.

Job Description
Design and plan network layouts across LANs, WANs, and wireless networksInstall, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancersMonitor performance, analyze traffic, troubleshoot outages, and drive root-cause fixesImplement security controls to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threatsForecast capacity needs and plan upgrades to improve speed, resilience, and scalabilityPartner with vendors on escalations, technical issues, and contract supportMaintain clean documentation : diagrams, configurations, and troubleshooting guidesSupport projects and other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environmentQualifications
5+ years of experience managing network infrastructureStrong knowledge of TCP / IP, subnetting, routing, BGP, OSPF, and network security conceptsHands-on experience with multi-vendor network hardwareProven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issuesStrong organizational skills with comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree preferred (CS, IT, or related), or equivalent experienceExperience in an AmLaw 200 or larger law firm is a plusCertifications and ILTA involvement are a plusWhy You'll Love Working Here
