Job Description :

Lead data strategy and analytics for a mid-sized agency, ensuring the team delivers meaningful insights and optimizes client marketing efforts. Serve as the face of analytics, collaborating with leadership and driving strategic initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Develop and implement data strategies from start to finish.

Oversee and mentor a team of analysts and data engineers.

Provide hands-on support when needed, assisting with reports and insights.

Present complex data insights to clients in an easily digestible manner.

Work closely with leadership to identify areas for technological and strategic improvement.

Act as a key player in new business pitches and client engagements.

Partner with external vendors to enhance analytics capabilities.

Requirements : Must-Haves :

10 years of experience in data strategy and analytics.

5 years of client-facing experience, including presenting technical insights.

Experience leading a team (6-10 members) in an agency environment.

Proficiency in Snowflake, Databricks, Rivery, Tableau / Sigma or comparable technologies.

Familiarity with GTM, GCM, AIS, and Meta analytics.

Strong marketing analytics background, specifically within agencies.

Ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience in mid-sized agencies with strong analytics case studies.

Proven success in identifying and implementing new data tools and partnerships.
