About the Role

As the

Sr. Financial Planning Analyst , you'll support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and financial analysis for a major operating area within the organization. You'll help drive accountability, streamline reporting processes, and strengthen financial performance across multiple programs.

This

will also contribute to enterprise-wide FP&A initiatives, process improvements, and automation efforts, partnering closely with operational leaders to ensure financial targets are met.

What You'll Do

Lead and manage the annual budgeting and long-range planning processes

Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and trends

Partner with operations to develop plans addressing financial risks / opportunities

Improve FP&A processes, systems, and automation tools

Support enterprise-wide planning and reporting initiatives

Assist with goal-setting processes; no direct supervisory responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally at the senior level

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis

Nonprofit experience preferred, but open to diverse industries

CPA or MBA a plus
