What You'll Do :

• Manage the full cycle recruiting process for assigned positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Operations to ensure compliance with agency policies, funder requirements, and employment laws.
• Develop and maintain diverse sourcing networks through community partnerships, schools, agencies, and social media.
• Represent Hope Network at job fairs and community events to promote the organization and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance recruitment strategies and track hiring metrics through regular reporting.

Work Schedule :

Monday-Friday : 8AM-5PM

Qualifications :

Previous knowledge of community mental health, Medicaid funded health programs and / or health care recruiting preferred but not required.
