Assist clients in developing social, communication, and daily living skills. Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment. Communicate effectively with team members, families, and clients. On-boarding documents. Resume. Up-to-date Negative TB Test. Credentialing documentation / state requirements. Minimum of HS Diploma proof and transcripts. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
