Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead a team in building a modeling canvas for business process orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a high-performing team responsible for the modeling canvas, ensuring an intuitive and reliable user experience

Own delivery and quality, aligning work to a clear roadmap while balancing feature development with technical excellence

Collaborate with Product Management and Design to shape the canvas vision and clarify requirements

Required Qualifications

Experience leading software engineers as a people manager, including performance management and team health

Proven track record of delivering user-facing product features in collaboration with Product and Design, preferably in a SaaS environment

Solid understanding of modern engineering practices and their pragmatic application within a team

Experience with incident and escalation management, including prioritization and stakeholder communication

Comfortable working in a remote-first setting, with strong collaboration skills
