We are looking for someone who is:
  • Organized . You will maintain accurate records.
  • Observant . You will make accurate observations of test results.
  • Knowledgeable . You will know the accepted practices of standard records maintenance.
  • Communicative . You will convey information both written and orally.

What you will typically be responsible for:
  • Schedule preventative maintenance for all instruments.
  • Evaluate specimens microscopically for aberrant and atypical cellular features.
  • Perform various Anatomic Pathology procedures and resulting patient samples in Laboratory information systems.
  • Revise cytopathology manuals and procedures.
  • Collect data for cytology quality control and maintaining quality assurance records.
  • Provide interpretation for gynecologic and non-gynecological specimens.
  • Perform molecular testing for Human Papillomavirus.
