Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician for PRN shifts from November 3-December 30 at their Corporate Health clinic in Channahon, IL. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Tuesday 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Thursday 9 : 00am-7 : 00pm and Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break from 12 : 00-12 : 30pm. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in Primary Care, ER, Urgent Care or similar to qualify for this assignment. Current shift needs are November 3, 4, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, & 26, and December 16, 18, 23, & 30.
