A company is looking for a Feasibility Analyst to review and approve residential rehab projects.
Key Responsibilities
Review borrowers' scope of work documents and conduct due diligence on project feasibility
Analyze proposed construction projects, including plans, permits, timelines, and budgets
Collaborate with the Valuation Department and provide feedback to Underwriting and Risk Departments
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree is required
2-5 years of work experience in a real estate, construction, or related field
Direct professional experience in residential construction
Ability to review project plans and specifications
Experience with construction contracts and scopes of work
