Diversified industry experience in Finance, SaaS, E-commerce, Gaming, or Marketing

Knowledge of financial management, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow

Understanding of the organization's mission, vision, and strategic needs

Experience in nonprofit governance and legal duties

Ability to build relationships and consensus among executives and partners
