Location : Anaheim, CA (On-site)

Duration : Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate : Up to $43.27 / hr (equivalent to $90,000 annually)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (30 or 60 min lunch)

Start Date : ASAP

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support financial operations within a fast-paced entertainment and hospitality environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining reconciliations, and supporting audits. The right candidate will bring experience in general ledger accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and ideally a background in food and beverage or event-based business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile POS sales reports and record revenue into the general ledger by department, category, and event
• Perform daily reconciliations between POS reports and bank statements
• Complete monthly reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
• Manage intercompany accounts and reconcile balances
• Maintain Accounts Receivable and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Support Accounts Payable processes as needed
• Assist with monthly financial reports and journal entries
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits; respond to auditor inquiries
• Maintain organized financial records and audit-ready files
• Contribute to special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned
