CNC Programmer – 1st Shift (Direct Hire)
Location : Lebanon, OH
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6 : 30 AM – 3 : 00 PM (flexible start)
Starting pay rate - $34-40 / hr.
About the Role :
QuickPro Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for an immediate direct hire opportunity. Use MasterCAM software to program CNC machines, optimize production, and ensure high-quality machining. This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals with CNC programming experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Program CNC machines using MasterCAM software
Adjust cutting paths and machine settings for optimal efficiency
Analyze technical drawings and design data to determine machining strategies
Prepare instruction sheets and cutter lists for machine operations
Collaborate with operators to maintain production quality
Troubleshoot issues as they arise
Qualifications :
3–5 years CNC programming experience (or equivalent education / experience)
Proficient in MasterCAM software
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
