• Job Summary Lucayan Technology Solutions is seeking a  Senior Collection Manager (ISR)  to support  USCENTCOM and the JIOC  in Tampa, FL.
• The Collection Manager will be responsible for translating intelligence requirements into actionable ISR collection taskings, coordinating across multiple intelligence disciplines, and producing assessments to support senior decision-makers.
• This role directly impacts national security by ensuring critical intelligence requirements are met.
• Key Responsibilities   Engage with analysts to determine intelligence needs and develop  collection strategies .
• Convert requirements into  ISR collection taskings  that satisfy operational needs.
• Establish priorities, coordinate with sources, and monitor results for accuracy and effectiveness.
• Manage the  registration, validation, and evaluation  of multi-INT requirements.
• Balance  time-sensitive requests  with standing collection requirements.
• Produce  assessments of current and future ISR collection posture .
• Provide input to  policies, procedures, and doctrine  for ISR and collection operations.
• Identify / document ISR system needs and provide technical guidance.
• Support ISR-related systems, tools, and processes.
• Adhere to  security protocols  and safeguard classified information.
• Work Environment   Onsite position in  Tampa, Florida  supporting  USCENTCOM / JIOC .
• Mission-critical environment requiring close coordination with intelligence analysts, operators, and technical teams.
• Less than 10% travel may be required.
