A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Business Coach.

Key Responsibilities

Run engaging 90-minute live coaching sessions for multiple cohorts of home service professionals

Help Pros set clear weekly goals and ensure accountability for achieving those goals

Collaborate with peers and content teams to refine coaching delivery and support new curriculum rollouts

Required Qualifications

1+ year in an entrepreneurial role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Customer Success, or a related field preferred

Basic technical understanding of Zoom, Google Suite, and Confluence

Knowledge of Profit and Loss Statements and profitability drivers

Experience working with home service professionals or in the home services industry is a plus
