About the role :

As an Associate HR Operations & Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in driving efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR operations. You'll own core HR processes, data integrity, and systems administration while supporting seamless employee experiences across the organization. In addition, you'll serve as a backup for U.S. payroll and support the coordination of global payroll.

This role operates with limited guidance, partners closely with Finance, HRBPs, IT, and external providers, and contributes to continuous improvement of systems, policies, and processes that enhance scalability and operational excellence.

Benefits :

The annual base salary range for this position is $90k - $115k. The actual salary will vary depending on the applicant's experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data for their location. This position is also eligible for an additional annual bonus compensation through one of Pacvue's highly attractive incentive plans, full details will be provided during the recruitment process.
