Position Summary :

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with prospective clients. You'll work with individuals to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions that align with our coverage options.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and actively prospect for new clients via cold / warm calling, networking, and referrals
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial, etc.)
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals to clients
• Maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and service
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations
• Work closely with support and underwriting teams to ensure seamless policy delivery

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)

Active insurance license in TX (Property & Casualty, Life & Health as applicable)

Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications
