Oncology Social Worker

A company is looking for an Oncology Social Worker (Saturday + 3 Weekdays Shift).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and provide individual and family support

Identify and connect patients and families with relevant community resources

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and address social or emotional barriers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Valid and current master's level license in the practice state (e.g., LMSW, LISW, LCSW)

Preferred certifications : OSW-C or APHSW-C

Minimum three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or palliative care

Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
