Join our team as a Warehouse Lead, where you will play a critical role in receiving and shipping servers for a data center. Your responsibilities will include utilizing computer skills for inventory management using Excel, as well as picking and packing server orders.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Place server racks on the data center floor with laser measuring devices to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, ensuring accurate part numbers, quantities, and pristine material condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on-site at the data center.
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by adhering to 5S standards and performing cleanup activities.
• Frequently push, pull, and lift items throughout the workday.
• Ensure safety and attention to detail in all tasks.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel for inventory management.
• Experience with forklift operation and material handling.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks.
• Familiarity with order picking and pallet jack operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Computer skills in Word.
• Leadership abilities to delegate tasks effectively.
• Reliable transportation.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Sparks, NV.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
