Phoenix, AZ area. As the
Survey General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of surveying projects and the overall management of the survey department.
You will be responsible for leading a team of survey professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality surveying services, and contribution to the growth and success of the company.
How You Contribute: - Provide strong leadership to the survey department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of surveyors, technicians, and support staff.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of surveying services into overall project timelines.
- Manage project budgets and financial performance.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their surveying needs and providing responsive solutions.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
