Compensation : $80,000 to $110,000 / year + incentive structure + health insurance + professional development allowance

Terrific hybrid Development Director position in South Florida. The position will lead the organization's fundraising efforts, including major gifts, grants, and sponsorships. There will also be an emphasis on implementing effective fundraising strategies and expanding the donor base.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, develop, and implement fundraising strategies
• Expand and strengthen the donor base by cultivating relationships with current and prospective donors
• Design and implement development operations systems and procedures
• Manage the donor CRM to make data-driven strategies and track donor communications
• Oversee the creation of grant proposals and donor stewardship activities
• Collaborate with the executive team to ensure fundraising aligns with the organization's mission and goals
• Attend community events, meetings, and other opportunities to represent the organization
