The role provides analytical support in executing property-specific strategies, analyzing leasing and capital decisions, conducting feasibility studies, and evaluating property-level performance against benchmarks.

The Associate also assists with the preparation of quarterly and annual reporting, budgets, and business plans.

The salary range for this position in California is $100,000 to $115,000 annually.#
