• Minimum 8+ years of experience as IT Business analyst.
• Prior experience working in Capital Markets and Financial Services.
• Experience with all phases of the SDLC.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with different business users and stakeholders groups.
• Gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents.
• Data mapping skills, Gap/Comparative analysis, Report analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with onshore/offshore developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently and on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate will work on enhancements for various applications for our monthly software releases and brand-new applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and prioritize business needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and proper implementation.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses for proposed changes or enhancements.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
• Document and maintain detailed records of requirements, specifications, and project progress.
